Wedding guest transportation in Salta, Argentina
Getting married in Salta, with guests flying in? We move your guests from the airport to their hotels, from the hotels to the ceremony and the party, and back again at the end of the night, in 19-seat minibuses with a professional driver. In the city, at a finca outside it, or at a winery in Cafayate.
How it works
From the hotel to the party, and back
Guests arriving at Salta's Martín Miguel de Güemes airport (SLA) are taken to their hotels, and back to the airport after the wedding. Send us the flight list.
The minibuses pick up at the hotels or meeting points you choose and take guests to the ceremony and then to the venue.
We can run more than a single return: an earlier run for guests who leave first and a last run when the party ends. Times are agreed when you book.
19-seat minibuses. For more guests, we add minibuses on the same schedule.
Salta province has a zero-tolerance rule for alcohol at the wheel, and rental cars on unfamiliar roads at night are a poor end to a wedding. With a driver, nobody has to drive back.
Fincas and wineries
Weddings in the city, at fincas and in the Valleys
Salta promotes itself as a destination-wedding province: venues in the city and on Cerro San Bernardo, fincas in San Lorenzo, La Caldera and Chicoana (about 45 minutes away), and wineries across the Calchaquí Valleys. The further the venue, the more it makes sense for guests not to drive.
For a wedding at a winery in Cafayate, about 190 km from Salta, there are two ways to do it: guests stay in Cafayate and the minibuses shuttle them between hotel and winery, or they travel from Salta for the day, about two and a half hours each way on paved Ruta 68. The road and times are on Salta to Cafayate.
We also run weddings outside Salta province, in Jujuy, Tucumán and the rest of northwest Argentina, under our CNRT license for interprovincial trips.
What we plan with you
What we agree with the couple or the planner
- Hotels or pickup points, and how many guests at each
- Times of the ceremony, the venue and each return run
- A contact person on the couple's or the planner's side
- Where the minibus waits at the venue or finca
- Guests with reduced mobility, so we choose the right vehicle
- Invoices: Factura A for Argentine companies

Frequently asked questions
What couples and planners ask
Do the drivers speak English?
Our drivers work in Spanish. We plan everything with you in English by email or WhatsApp before the day, and an English-speaking driver can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have the date and the venue. Some weekends fill up months ahead; send the date and we tell you what is still free.
What if the party runs late?
The time of each return run is agreed when you book. If the night goes on, your contact person tells the driver and the change is agreed on the spot.
Do you have a car for the couple?
No. We work with minibuses and pickups. If the couple wants to arrive with their guests, the minibus takes them.
Can you also cover the days around the wedding?
Yes. Guests often add a day trip to Cafayate, Cachi or the Quebrada de Humahuaca. See tours and transfers.
Do you publish prices?
No. Each wedding is priced on the date, the places, the number of guests, the vehicles and the return runs. You get a price the same business day, Argentina time.

Planning a wedding in Salta?
Tell us the date, where the ceremony and the party are, how many guests need transport, and which hotels they are staying at. You get a price the same business day.
